We contracted with IQuadSolution to come in, setup our QA department, hire employees and establish QA best practices. This involved designing a QA process for covering release management, testing and defect tracking. IQuadSolution also helped hire, train, mentor and manage the QA engineering team (onshore and offshore). They were also instrumental in recommending several tools for handling critical aspects of software development like performance/load testing and requirements management. Despite the fact that the product had almost zero documentation and few specs, within a few days They were able to quickly put into place a testing and defect reporting process that allowed us to bring our product to market.
